Really unreliable and pathetic service by Disney India store. I ordered many items only upon assurance that delivery will be made by 8th July morning as items intended were for that particular occasion. I was assured about delivery by Mr. Bhupendra and order was placed only because of that. To my dissapointment order was not delivered on time. They tried there best that I take late delivery and not cancel the order. There is no sorry feeling from anyone for there false promise and commitment. There is no sign of refund which they promised by 15th July. Cheat and fraud site is all I can say about them. Just pathetic
