I lodged a complaint (No.88136183) at BSNL customer care on September 3 as my internet connection is not available. They promised that a technician would be calling me to resolve the issue. Till now, no one called me and the issue is not yet resolved. Please make arrangements to get my broadband internet connection resolved immediately or else dont send me the monthly bill as I will not pay the monthly rent as I am not getting the broadband service
