We have registered a web domain with Hiox, and it was having awebpages of the conference. Alamingly just before the congress event HIOX has suspended our website with out even informing us due tot hte fact that the website increased the bandwidth. They have not sent the bandith log report and just mailed thet bandwith has exceeded 200% and requeste dus to pay for the extra bandwidth with out informing the amount required. But the main complain was how could a web service provider has the right to suspend a live going web page with out contcating the web site user. NO phone call from the HIOX and when i contced them they said they cannot do phone support.
So pls be careful of these type of service providers as we do not know when they will try to disband the website and make a block to your website. Think before you take the HIOX services, pls go thru the bandwidth etc... others do offer a good bandwidth at good price.
I woudl never recommend to get the service of HIOX to host website.
