I AM SANKET BAKSHI AND I AM A SELLER ON EBAY AND SOLD A PHILIPS BOOSTER PUMP (MADE FOR PHILIPS WATER PURIFIERS) FOR RS 1699/- TO MR DILIP OF GAZIABAD AND LATER AFTER 6 DAYS THE BUYER CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THE PRODUCT WAS WAS NOT SERVING HIS PURPOSE AND WAS ALSO NOT WORKING WELL SO I TOLD HIM TO RETURN ME THE PRODUCT BACK TO ME IF IT IS GOOD CONDITION BUT WHEN I GOT THE PRODUCT BACK IT WAS IN DAMAGED CONDITION (THE MOTOR WAS NOT AT ALL WORKING AND THERE WAS PHYSICAL DAMAGE ON THE PRODUCT) THE BUYER OPENED A CASE IN THE EBAY CLAIMS DEPT WHEN I REFUSED HIM A REFUND,
THE PEOPLE FROM EBAY CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE GIVING THE BUYER A REFUND WITHOUT MY CONCENT AND THE PERSON TALKED TO ME SO BADLY AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT THE TOLL FREE NUMBER WHERE I WAS TOLD THAT SIR THE PERSON IS A BUYER SO IF THE RETURNS THE PRODUCT IN DAMAGED CONDITION THATS YOUR PROBLEM AND NOT OUR PROBLEM
NOW I HAVE A PRODUCT SPOILT BY THE BUYER AND DID NOT EVEN PAY ME A SINGLE PENNY AND ALSO NEED AN APOLOGY FROM THE CLAIMS DEPT FOR THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOUR... PLZ HELP
