We are using connection of RELIANCE BROADBAND since last more than 2 years, but since last month we are facing the problem of VERY VERY POOR connectivity and we complaint regarding the same to localk office as wel as customer care, but we regrate to write that we are not getting proper solutions.
The example of LACK OF SERVICE is that last time we hv complaint (No.103549767) on 10th July but since that there is no actions taken from the concern department after so many request at local RAJKOT office staff. i.e. MR.RAJESH ZALA (9377055664), MR.RAVIRAJ (9374415390) but no one is taking care to attend the call and solve the
complain No.103549767 register on 10th July.
Local officials at RAJKOT office is NOT INTERESTED to ATTEND the phone to register the complain...!!
