On 25 march at 5:10 PM i have received one call from your end representative name was Mr. Ranjan. he told me that, i have got entry in to 100 members who are going in to the final lucky draw.he has given me one condition, if i will buy one no. of electronic product out of 7 nos so i will be eligible for winning minimum 25000 Rs. of Santwana puruskar & maximum prize upto 12 lac rupees from India today book club b lucky draw.thats why i have booked one microwave oven worth Rs. 7098 & booking ID is 880098528.And he also told me that after booking within 10 minutes i will receive one mail from your end in that mail i have to fill some detail regarding my Address etc.
After that today morninig i have called to India today book club customer care regarding that offer. so customer care executive denied about that offer.
THIS MATTER I HAVE SENT TO CUSTOMER CARE OF INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB .AND I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION MAIL ALSO. BUT TODAY ON 15TH APRIL I HAVE CALLED ON CUSTOMER CARE AND ASK ABOUT THE CANCELLATION . C.C. EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT ORDER IN NOT CANCELED AND I HAVE TO RECEIVE THAT ORDER . BUT I DONT WANT TO LIKE TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER RELATION SHIP WITH THIS TYPE OF CHEEP ORGANISATION . I NEED MY MONEY BACK. CAN YOU HELP ME?
