I got a mail from Mr. Robert Rich of Guinness Awards Promotion to ask me that I am awarded a Lottery Draw for 500, 000 GBP. Subsquently after 3/4 days he said in his mail that he has sent one Mr. Anthony Freeman and that I have to deposit transfer fee of Rs.26, 500/- with Reserve Bank, Mumbai. I want to know the authenticity of this lottery and whether I should submit the amount with Reserve Bank at Mumbai.
