I HAVE MADE PAYMENT ON 23/03 FOR PURCHASING EVDO TO AVAIL THE OFFER. (RECEIPT NO. 00103421869)

I GOT INSTRUMENT-EVDO ON 08/04 (AFTER 17TH DAY) AND INSTALLED ON THE SAME DAY AND NOT CONNECTED.

IT WAS CONNECTED ONLY ON 10/04, BUT THERE IS NO SIGNAL, THE SPEED IS FLUCTUATING BETWEEN 0 TO 100 KBPS (MOSTLY ZERO, OCCASSIONALLY GOING UP).

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT FOR MY BILL FOR THESE TYPE OF SERVICE.
