I got a mail from Dealsandyou.com that pay Rs.99/- to us then you will get Rs.999/- discount on shopping of Fashnvia.com site, I paid them Rs.99/- through netbanking and done shopping of Rs.- on Fashnvia.com and paid balance amount to Fashnvia.com after discount of Rs.999/- but when I didn’t get my products even after one Week, whether they promise on their site that products are dispatched within 48 hours, I contacted them to despatch the same and sent them a mail also, but no reply of mail from their side, then I contact them repeateadly through mails and Phones, but only fake promises I got from their side and today its 28th May ’ even after 29 days of payment, I didn’t get my products and when I contacted DEALSANDYOU, they said they are helpless to do anything, I have to contact Fashnvia on my own, and they are only third party provider, but I feel the main culprit in this is DEALSANDYOU, because they give lucarative offers to the customers and help fashnvia to make peoples fool and cheat them.
I am feeling cheated and very much harrased, and I am filing the complaint here so that all the peoples doing online shopping can come to know that don’t make any transaction with DEALSANDYOU.COM and FASHNVIA.COM, even if I am not going to get my shipment or money refunded back within May ’ I will file a case against them in the consumer court and will try to publish it in English daily newspaper, and the only motto is to save other peoples go get cheated and harrased. I also would like to know the procedure of legal action which can be taken against both of them.
I am feeling cheated and very much harrased, as I don't want that any more peoples to suffer the same situation because once they will pay the money, they won’t get any reply even against your mails too, as till now I have sent so many mails to both of them, but they even didn’t replied, even now they are not picking my calls in their customer care services, I don't know whether they are not picking only my calls, or they have collected so much money from so many peoples, and now not picking any of their calls.
