Non Delivery and Non Refund

I had placed order for Shoes on the website on 9th November and the delivery date informed to me was 25th November. I am calling up the customer service every day and they are saying that the refund will be credited in the account by next day. I have been falling up since last 15 days but till now i have not received the refund.

I have placed other orders also for which the delivery has not yet been recieved!!!

This company [Fetise.com] is completely in the business of cheating customers.
