I had placed an order on 13th feb Order #126810 for two shirts in size M. I received one in size M and one in Small in the parcel. When I called them up they did not arrange for the reverse pick up. I had to send from my end to deliver the parcel back to them. They said they will return the money or exchange the garments. They then told me the designer doesn't have a bigger size than I requested, in exchange and that they would return the money in my account. I said I do not want to be compelled to purchase from Fetise again as I have had the worst experience from them. They said they will return the money via cheque in 7 days time. It has been 2 months since that promise and they haven't returned my money yet. They do not show any care against disgruntled customers. I will never buy from Fetise again.
