Improper billing and no resoluation to the queary even raiseed to higher authority

HI,

The most horiable service provides, customer keeps on screaming to the higest aurhority, yet there is no resoluation... I have been chasing for my post paid landline connection bill, and escalated to the higest escallation level in the foot note of bill, there is no response... to say frankly, at airtel there is no one to listen...
