Hello sir,
I have a broadband connection along with a landline (No#24416374). since last 20 days I have a problem in internet connectivity where the signal is good but i am not able to connect to any web sites, however on 4th April, I tried to check all my ports and found that my landline is also dead.
I have raised a complaint on 5th April thorough 198 and got ref.no 56292361, however till date there is no action from your side.
My office work is getting struck due to this existing problem. Kindly act at the earliest.
