In my office we using vsnl broad band connection, We face the issue with my connection for the past three months I havev raise around 100 complaint for the past three mionth Every time they said that they are working, nothing will happen, Me also complaint the same things to vsnl supper authority that guys are repeat the same things, they dont have to know keep the timely commitment.every complaint we have to wait two three days and make several followups, But in case of payments ther billing guys are keep the timings, Me had lost around 5 lacks business do to in stable and iresponsible services by TAT VSNL broad band connection.
