I recently made an online order with a delivery company in India to deliver flowers to my mother in Aluva town on her b'day on the 14th of july. order no: GD2956. the order was placed as their website clearly mentions that Aluva and Alwaye (old name) are in their list of places where they deliver. on the date of delivery, in the afternoon they rang me up to inform that i need to pay them an extra Rs300 to deliver the flowers, as they do not have service in aluva. they had confirmed my order and deducted Rs.625 from my credit card account on the 13th of july. on searching online i can find that a lot of other people have made similar complaints against the same company. kindly do some thing to stop the bogus company so that no more people are cheated. i spoke to their representatives Pooja and Sachin. if necessary i have proofs that i can forward (like the emails confirming my order and a screenshot of their website mentioning the cities and their claims of free delivery all over india)
