Recharge Not Done & Money not Refunded

On 20th march I have tried to recharge my mobile no. 9996506119 from Freecharge.in during the transaction Payment has been done successfully but my mobile no. 9996506119 was not recharged.

I've waited for a day for refund from freecharge.in but my money has not been refunded in my bank account.

I've written a couple of mails to care@freecharge.in but did not get any response.

After that i've also tried to contact on their Help line no # 022-28293100, but they have never responded.

Please look into the matter and give refund for my money.
