Non refund of transaction failed due to reason known to them

I made two on line recharge amounting to Rs 111 and Rs 520 on dated18.06.2011 and 20.06.2011.due to problems known to www.freecharge.in the transaction could not be completed however the money was deducted from my account. As per their e mail they have refunded the amount to my bank account and the same should have been reflected in my account in 7 working days. On my enquiry from bank today on dated 4.07.2011 they have not received any refund from freechaege.in. It is therefore requested that the matter may please be got resolved.
