Wrongful deducment and No refund

My transaction for order id : 6283913 order date: Sep-30 22:03:40 for Rs 410/- plus 10/-[coupon delivery charges] failed.

So i placed the same order again with order id: 6284056 order date: Sep-30 22:06:34, which was successful.

Now, on 20/12, they have deducted the amount 420/- for that failed transaction [Order id: 6283913].

I've provided all the details like my id: ashutosh.paul@jktech.com along with my bank a/c number.

Still there is no reply from their end.

My bank a/c statement showing this transaction as

20/12 PUR 30.09.11.www.ccavenue.com/charge 420.00

Kindly do the needful.
