The complaint is with regards to the so called "Customer Service" provided by GNS Internet Service providers in Mulund, Mumbai. My problem started when the pin of the wire which supplies the internet needed replacement. I had initially called them 10 days back to get it rectified. Post 3 days of the complaints I made a call again to check the reason why no one has come at my place to change the same. The Cutomer Service executive promised to get it resolved the same day after a lengthy argument. She promised to call me back the same day when it was resolved since I was in Delhi. One week has passed and today again another lengthy argument with only another promise of getting the matter solved today itself. The Customer Service exec name is Ms. Bharti Baprap who does not know how to cover the phone while cribbing about my complaint to her collegue when I am on the line and giving trivial reasons for not meeting the commitment. Her "so called boss" Mr. Anil Ahirwal is never in office to actually speak to a customer complaint/query nor does any follow up. The only reason I have to stick to them is since I have paid the annual charges in advance.
Definitely a pathetic after sales & customer service quality.
First time users please take a note of the same.
