Deducting money

I am using airtel since I am affaid to recharge for my prepaid connection, because without browsing internet, they charging as browsing internet charges, Iam not charging since two months, its decult me to use airtel services, I am feeling very bad to say that I have given complaint about this, but My problem is not solved
