I booked flight tickets from GOIBIBO.COM on 24th Dec through DEBIT Card.

But, due to website failure, my flight amount Rs. 12858/- got debited from my bank account.

I called lot of times, but the call centre executives, supervisors even Manager Mohit, they all lied to me, Everytime they told that my refund will process within 7 business days.

Now, It has been almost 1 month and i did not get my money back.

I spent the whole month borrowing money from others as my salary was spent in booking tickets from another company's website.

I suffered a lot and would like to suggest to not to book any tickets from GOIBIBO.They cheat people.

Kindly help.
