Bad customer service

I have been trying to call google s helpline no. and even a direct number since 15 days but no one picks up the phone. I did not expect this from google. Do we need to beg just to know how can we pay them money and use. Google India is a disgrace for Google. They dont even have an email id ID where we can write to them.
