Unethical hacking of my google account

My gmail account was hacked by a person named RAHUL BOBHATE (email id: [email protected]) and also my facebook account which uses the same account.

He has misused my account by using abusive languages with my friens on facebook chat and also posted many harrasing comments on web pages meant for me by using my account. This is very illegal and I expect that scrict action is taken against this so that such things are not entertained in the future.

Hope GMAIL understands the severity of the issue and take necessary actions so that accounts cannot be hacked :
