I have recieved an email regarding the winning of 750, 000 GREAT BRITISH POUNDS from Dr. Evans Morre, promo manager, GUINESS WORLD MOBILE PROMO! They had told me contact DIPLOMATIC COURIERR EXPRESS LIMITED for further instructions regarding how to get the award money. I had contacted them and they are saying to send them their fees for getiing the award.what should I do now. Should I pay them. Please guide me!
