I have receved a message from Guinness Company ondon Uk, That my number has been awarded with 550000 pounds, STAR PRIZE WINNER in this years' Guinness Automobile International Awareness Promotion (IAP) in 2010 INT'L MOBILE DRAW LONDON UK,

on Calaimng they used to ask me to pay a sum of Rs 20000 to RBI asregistration fee

so I want to confirm if such a company resides and the Programme is Running or its Just a Fake,
