Initially i had applied for a broadband landline connection with plan of rural250 for which i can avail 1.5gb and 100 calls and in addition to that if i am opting for annual one time prepayment i had to pay only 2500.00 rupees only .so, I had paid an amount of 4506.00 for new modem annual payment inorder to avoid monthly bill payment if i am using with limits, but till date i have been charged with monthly Rs.55.00 for no extra calls and the no of calls also reduced to 75 instead of 100. so pl solve this above issue and help me to avail better services.
