On 03rd July i called hathway So called customer service, I was connected to the IVR but was on hold for 35:20 min. I time it was connected to a executive my call got cut. I again called face the same problem. I got connect to an executive after almost 5-6 calls. I had problem with user Id and Password, so i ask them to help me on that, and they did.
On next day in the evening when i tried, i was not able to log in. Then again i call the so called customer service, this time i was lucky. My call got connected directly. I ask the executive to help for the same issue. He said he have transfer my call to Billing dept. I told him " yesterday i called your billing dept. they have given told me my user name and password but i m not able to log in and i wanted to check my service usage." The you to send the mail. I asked please transfer my call to billing dept. He replied there is no one in billing dept. and timing for bill dept is 10.00 to 20.00 hrs.
When i argued with i tired to put me on hold.
There no where mentioned about the timing of billing dept.
I think they are trying to hide our usage and will keep on charging without knowing us.
