Online Bill Payment not received though debitted from Bank

I had made an online payment of Rs.689 for a/c no. 533884 on 27th Dec through Citibank for the bill which was due on 2nd Jan.

The payment details confirmed by the bank are as follows –

This is with reference to your query dated January 05. Our records indicate that, an amount of Rs. 689.00 has been debited from your account towards the purchase made at " HATHWAY-TECH PROCESS" on December 27. The above mentioned payment has been paid out to the Merchant vide Trace number 000113429 and Payment Voucher number 5602293059131101.

Please contact the merchant quoting the above mentioned reference number for any further clarifications Thank you for accessing Citibank Online.

Despite of the payment, my internet connection was disabled from 3rd Jan onwards & your online record also does reflect the payment.

Despite of repeated calls to customer care & reminders over email there is no response. Very pathetic service, quality of service is non-existent.
