Havn't received my product which i buy online through eureka forbes website and my money has been debited from my account

This is anil kumar, i have purchased Aquasure 3pcti through your site 3 week back, bt still i havn't received my product yet nor i provided with any order no. and my amount which is Rs 2, 290 has been deducted from my account to euroka forbes, my details are as follows. as i m not getting any response from your side. can you confime me what's the problem from your side.
