I had a BroadBand connection from Reliance, which was terminated on 10-08 & several requests were put on to terminate the connection & I have the receipt of installation of new Reliance connection on 10-08, so I was not using the services of Reliance against my previous connection, but I am still being charged by reliance. Reliance is sending people to collect the charges, Several complaints have been raised but they want us to pay the charges for September & October for the services that we never used.

The connection was termited from my home on 10th August & new connection was installed, so when the cable for previous connection does not exists, how in this worl can I use the services.
I am not liable to pay any money to reliance, the last bill I paid was on 30th August of 955.00
