We are having continuous problen in broad band, in internet connectivity. We are a leading packaging company in India. Have connectivity problem in internet, this gives our business down & got into trouble from August-09 to till now. Gave physical complaints to Balamurugan in Sriperumbudur. He is attending the complaint so far. He just sits & sleeps & eat nicely. Daily we used to call him & ask the reason, but he will not pickup the call, instead security says out to lunch & leave sometimes. Need to look into these type of issues. Orelse BSNL will face seroius trouble by, our consumer court complaint, will be given soon.
