I had a Broadband conectioon under Plan 595 and I disconnected the same on 20/1 and handed over the adapter as well as the modem and got the signatures thereof also from the Mohali Phase VII dealer. After few days a person of connect came to me and said that we will give you plan 299 (for which Rs. 299 are paid monthly) and also showed a form on which it was written that Rs. 250/- will not be charged on the first bill and you will have to pay only Rs. 40/- about, on the first bill. So you get the connection again. On the form it was also shown to deduct Rs. 250/- and Rs. 299/- Unlimited plan. I agreed to this. On 9/2 a person of their came with a model and tried to instal the same. I told him that the lines/wire was cut and I had told the person who came to me to give the connectioni and he had told me that lines will be conected. But he showed his inability to connect the wire and went back. On the same day i.e. on 9/2 another person came and connected the wire and told that the phone has been connected and is now on. On 11/2 again the same person who had brought the modem again came and conected the modem and then after that told that your Plan 595 is already running and he wanted the signatures from me of the Plan 595. I told him that I cannot sign for 595 plan and I have already got it disconnected. Then he phoned to another person and asked him that the customer is not signing for plan 595. Then that person told him that you get the signatures for 595 plan and the same shall get converted to 299 plan after 24 hours. But I refused to sign for 595 plan. And I told him that if I sign for 595 plan once and the same is not converted to 299 plan then I will have to pay the bill for 595 plan whiich I cannot afford to give, at present. And he also then agreed saying what a folly our boss is doing, i..e they are trying to get the signatures for 595 and tell that you will get 299 plan. I am making that complaint to avoid any unnecesary bill which may be raised by the conect, which will be unnecesarily give me mental harassment. In fact they have already harassed me with what they tried to do. But my brain worked at that time, I thank God for the same.
