My name is M P Ramachandran and booked for the internet connection on 28/01 and got the connection on 15/02 which is 750 unlimited plan with 256kbps speed and my phone number is 04027822161. The first 2days the speed of the connection was some what good at around 80-100kbps and from 18/02/10 onwards the speed has drastically gone down to 20-35kbps which is very very low not even supporting for browsing purpose also. I am regularly giving complaints regarding this matter fron 18th atleast 2 times a day but still no one is looking into the matter and getting it rectified.
The phone line is of total disturbance. I was using the same number before 2 years and because of the same disturbance problem which was no getting rectified i cancelled the connection at that time, and now for the purpose of the internet i got the same phone line and still the disturbance is the issue.
Please look into the matter and try to solve the issue at the earliest or change the phone number or cancel the days from the billing month.
