Pending connection

Hello,

This is regarding complaint for not responding to my request to get the Internet connection.

I have been waiting for the connection since 20 days and till now I did not get any response from the concerned persons. I even have paid the installation charges amount of Rs.650 (Ticket number 1705602). Till now I did not get either my connection or refund of my money. Please do consider my complaint regarding the same.
