I had ordered Samsung Galaxy ace S5830 vide order no 912972715 on June 4 at 10.48 AM. When I called their customer care no 0120-4455918 on June 4 at 04.00 PM, the customer care executive informed that the product will be delivered by 07th June. When I called on 7th June, They said product not delivered. Immediaetly I lodge a complaint vide complaint no 72283833 at 2.30PM. Again I called on 8th june to know the status of delivery. They said it will be deleivered today. Agian I lodge complaint vide complaint no.72297335. When I called on 09th June to know the status, they said they don't have the stock. I got shock to hear that 6 days they were giving false statement to the cusomer like me. Immediately I cancelled the product vide complaint No 72319891. I would request consumer forum to take serious action on Home Shop 18, who is cheating the customers.
