I had ordered Samsung Galaxy Ace on Home Shop 18 vide order No.912972715 on 04th June at 10.48 AM. I called the customer care 0120-4455918 of Home shop 18 on 04th June at 4.0PM, the executive informed that the product would be delivered on 07th June. When I called on 7th june, the executive informed that the product has not been despatched & would despatched on 8th June. Immediately I lodge a complaint vide complaint no 72283833. When I called on 8th June, the executive informed that they will despatch on 9th, I again taken a complaint no. 72297335. When I called on 9th June to check the status, I was shoked to hear from the executive that they don't have stock. Immediately I again told them to cancel the order & took a complaint no 72319891. This way they are cheating the customers. I would request the consumer forum to take severe action againt Home shop 18 & cancel their license, so that at least other customers will be saved.
