Hi,

My name is Nisha singh and i have a very bad experience with Tataindicombroadband service, 2 months ago they disconnected my internet without any reason and i was keep calling them but when i said to the manager that i will do complaint against you and he activated within 5 minutes. But now its different thing happened i got a notice by mail on 13th of september that my internet connection is going to be disconnected because of rolling back of service from 19th of september. I sent too many e-mails to the customer service but never got a good reply, then again i decided to talk to the manager and the manager (PAWAN) did the commitment to me that your internet will not be Inactive before 13th of October because i got the email just 5 days before of the Disconnection. Now they have disconnected my internet and if i am trying to talk to customer service they said that they can't do anything because its a technical fault and i cant access to the internet anymore. Manager (PAWAN) who did commitment to me is not receiving my call at all.

I have sent another email regarding this to customer care but they not replying me at all. The mail i have sent them is below:-

Hi,

My name is Nisha and i have talked to the manager Pawan regarding my rollback and he told me that your connection is not going to be rollback before 13th of October because i received an email from TATAINDICOM on13th of September. The notice i supposed to get before one month so he say you will get internet access for another month before rollback of service. Now what happened is my internet has been disconnected and as Manager Pawan said that he's going to be responsible if my internet disconnect before 13th of October that means he lie to me. If i don't get access to my account soon i will complaint against him to give me wrong information (the call must have been recorded about his commitment for continuing the internet). If you can help me to get access to the internet that will be appreciated otherwise i will complaint against Pawan.
