Not providing the internet service

Hi,

My internet is not working from 15/11/10. I have already paid Rs.1100 charges. I had visited the office in Honesty many times but they always says they will send someone but everytime I have to visit there office. Then on 23/11/10 they found some wiring problem & said to pay charges for that. I said i will not pay & plz. refund my money. They said they will call me back. But they never bothered to call me. Again i started visiting ther office. Then on 4/112/10 I meet a senior person he said he will start my connection from 5/12/10. But on 6/12/10 when my uncle visited their office a person from their office visited my house & said he will bring the switch till evening. But no one has even visited my house or called me till date.

Hence plz. guide me in this case.
