Cannot access internet

Hi

I took a unlimitedplan from Honesty Netsolutions. however in past

one months I have not been able to use their internet. Half of the time it cannot connect. Gives me Request Time Out.

They have a worst customer service... all i get from them is I end up calling these guys everyday.

Please help! They promised me unlimited internet for a month...

and i have hardly used it as the internet is always down.

I need my money back...
