We applied for Broadband Internet Service for more than a week ago to BSNL office in Dhanbad, Jharkhand and deposited money for the same. BSNL gave us landline connection but they are taking so much time to provide the modem and other accessories for connection. Shri Balmiki Singh, Telephone No.: (0326) 228-0255 is officer in charge in Dhanbad for providing Internet Connection. We need help.
We have come so far and BSNL has a new slogan. We hope that BSNL officers match their action with the slogan.
