I recharged my MTS BLAZE number 9136952176 on MAY 05 with INR 3150/- I have the proof of recharging it with the amount INR 3150. According to plan I was supposed to get 30 GB of data downlaod with three months validity. When I checked the balance it was 18 GB only. I reported this matter to the customer care of MTS and after several reminder it was set to 30 GB on 12th of May. On june 11th when I closed my computer the balance was 24 GB and when I checked in the morning on 12th of June the balance was 000. Then again I reported this matter to customer care of MTS and they assured me that it will be rectified within 24 hrs. Today is July 19th and they have neither rectified this problem nor they are interested in solving anything. Complaint Numbers are MAY-1511 and JUN-6036 with the customer care of MTS and 11642 on 29th of June with the Nodal Officer of MTS.

They are just cheating the people of India by introducing cheap plans. All the readers please be careful of using MTS services.
