Reliance Broadband Internet Service Providers in India advertise themselves vigorously as No.1 service providers in India. However, in fact, they are the No.1 robbers. They hire a gang of guys called 'Vriti' who lure customers without doing any paperwork or giving sufficient details, saying the papers would be sent later; and handover the datacard for Rs.3500 which should not cost more than Rs.1500. The first bill comes for the first 15 days of availing the service which is calculated from a date a few days before starting the service. No cumulative total of usage done has been provided. Customer Service is hopeless and the speed of 3.1MB is a blatant lie. If you wish to terminate the service, no refund for the datacard is given. Then, if you don't pay the first bill, another group of hired rogues called 'Sharp Enterprises' keep sending threatening emails in an indecent way. TRAI, the govt. body constitute, which has been formed to keep a check on such malpractices, does not seem to have any control over these companies.
