Idea net setter
Not working properly and fake assurance

Respected Sir,

I have purchased Idea Net Setter 3g internet USB modem (postpaid) from Maninagar My Idea shop Ahmedabad 15 days ago. First they took 13 days to start and now it has been started but not working properly. They are claiming it will give you upto 3.5 Mbps speed but I even can not open sites. I have been suffering from this device from last 15 days mentally. I want my money back. Please help me out
