Non Refund of money against cancelled purchase order

I had transacted a sum of Rs 13176.71 using my City Bank credit card for buying one Nokia E-71 mobile handset with IGB Technologies Pvt Ltd. vide order no OR-PP-3617 dated 22.07.2010. subsequently the same was cancelled by the IGB Technologies Pvt Ltd vide their acknowledgement receipt no. OR-PP-4614 of order OR-PP-3617 dated 22.07.2010.

But tiill date my hard earning money is not refunded to my City Bank credit card account. Please help me in geeting my money from IGB Technologies Pvt Ltd, *465 Udyog Vihar, Phase-5, Gurgaon-12 Tel 0124-4338915.
