Subject: wrong commitment by bsnl

Hi, I am amit, before 10 month, i bought a wireless usb internet device, and that officer ask me, this is evdo technology, after 3 month BSNL will lanuch this new service, and this device can performe 3.1 mbps speed, but after 10 month service is not activate on my device, I was contact with je SURJIT PAL, and SDO of telephone exchange, now they told me bsnl skip this service in our area, so, you can use only 144kbs speed, which is 25 time low from evdo device, I told him for get back this device if bsnl skip this service, they told this is not posible, I don’t know what I do, I was rs 4200, for this device,

If bsnl skip this service, what is my fault, …they start a new service, named ..WIMAX, ..i told to SDO, pls exchange my device to wimax service, I will pay diffrance, he told me, this can’t posible, I know it’s not my fault, pls tell me what I do
