I was a user of In2cable broadband at Indore. I used the service for 7 monthsand had regular problems of failed connection. Each time you complain you get a false and careless reply. There charges are prepaid and they make full advantage of it. My last subscription was paid on 28th July and the connection failed from Aug 6. Repeated complaints and follow ups are dealt there with absolute carelessness, false promises and abusive languages. They could not activate the connection and succumbing to rigorous follow up agreed to refund the balance of the monthly charges and the installation charges.
I was assured of the refund of money and thereafter the pain starts. I was seeing threats, abusive language and procrastination. This continued for almost three months. Ultimately I met the local authorities who assured me after verifying the complaints that if they repeat similar behavior an FIR could be booked against them. I took a final chance and made emails to their head office and local company office. I was with the pressure that I applied could get the refund of my money with the threats of every kind type and variety.
There are other people in my society who had same complaints and are not yet resolved.
