Wrong Bill and Fraud from Airtel

Hi,

I am a tortured customer of Airtel Broad Band service, with landline number 8040989760.

They have given me all false promises all of their customer care executives are big liars

and just know how to waste time of customer and send me all fraud wrong bills of 2652Rs.

I had raised so many Complaint numbers but none of them were taken care of and i have to keep going

to the Airtel office every week stand in queue for over one hour, again they take a new complaint number and nothing, absolutely

nothing they do.

First Fraud was when i took the Airtel Broad Band connection of Plan 598Rson and i had also paid installation charges of 1000Rs. first week of April.

It was told to me by the Customer care Executive named Mahabaleshwar (cell no 9741399436). He lied to me saying that

this plan has got unlimited browsing but 3GB download free. Later after two days i got a calll from another custmer care executive saying that

no the browsing will be charged. That was the first Point of Lie. Then i told them that this is not fair cause this was not communicated to me.

Then this another customer care exec. said no problem we can move your plan to 799 in another 3 working days i said its fine, but nothing happened.

My Plan was not moved to 799 which was unlimited browsing and unlimited Download. Again i called up customer care to check if they changed the Plan they promised me

that they will call me by weekend (11 April) but no call came. Like this they kept extending till the month end and by April end, they did not send me the Bill cause i had raised the

Complaint s against Airtel:-

1) Complaint Number 31696062 on 17th April raised for Billing Problem, as they had till mid of month not moved my Plan, which

was a violation of waht they said and complete Fraud.

2) Complaint Number 32467080 raised on 8Th of May again for Billing.

3) Complaint number 32531526 raised on 10Th may for giving wrong commitment again from customer care named Rakesh (landline no 080 32531526).

4) Complaint Number 33800428 that was done on 12Th June.

All this while they just kept troubling me, without resolving my issues and i had to keep going to Airtel office every saturday, to talk to them

again and again about the same issue and they say they cant do anything, so they transfer me to some other person in the Airtel Office

and they say they have to get in touch with their backend team, which never ever takes care of any complaints.

Then i asked them to disconnect as i do not want to use airtel any more they lied saying that they will make everything fine and give me another

Plan for 499 with 1Mbps speed. Still they never stick to what they said.

After getting much pissed from airtel i asked them to send their people to come and collect their devices in the montho of May (2nd may) but nobody came.

Again they lied. Nothing happened. So much of carelessness from their side and.

I had complained and told them that i do not want to use airtel from month of may itself but they didnt take care.and had given cancellation request long time back

to customer care executives via phone.but nothing happened. Hence on 17Th may i had to go to Airtel office again whicjh i am very much

used to now as they do not care for customers at all and they gave me a Cancellation request of 351994 Number.on 17th May.

And finally on 12Th june i had to myslef go and submit the Airtel modem, and Phone and all cables to Airtel office.

Hence for entire May month i had not used airtel services at all still they have sent me a cumulative bill of 2652Rs.

Though for the monthof April i had hardly used internet for 15days that too just 1 or 2 hours .with not huge download.

Then how can i get a Bill of 2652 Rs for absolutely no usage.

Infact one of the customer care executive also told me that i will have to pay 800 Rs and stick tpo 499 Plan that they promised me but again

nothing was done. That was just another Lie. Ans now i am geeting the Bill of 2652Rs, though one Customer care named Chaithra (cell no. 9845118904) promised me that she will get back to me wih

the information and i wont have to pay this wrong bill.

Basically i need my 200 Rs back from them as i had alreday paid installation charge of 1000, so they should deduct my usage charge of 800 and give me back my money.

But instead what they are doing is, they keep sending the bills of 2652Rs though they have to actually give me back my money.

I have went and complained several times but nothing, no action they take. Please take strong acation against them for inconvenience

caused to Airtel customers like this and for them being so careless on their part. Its an absolute crime.
