I have an account with Beam Telecom (Hyderabad). They have recently advertized for a 10mbps package at Rs.1000, which is the plan I availed of. They only provide the pre-paid option to customers.
These FRAUDS take the full amount from the customer at the beginning of every month and DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY PROMISE. Even after calling them repeatedly, they do not resolve the issue. They close trouble tickets (2722390/2762592) without checking for resolution, suspend services and when the agrieved customer calls, they lie about having tried to contact the customer, with no response.
I have had a terrible experience with these liars... i would warn every single person to be aware of their modus operandi, and take them to consumer court for ripping off the public, without accountability.
