Sir, My wife is a one of the net holder of bsnl but it is very regret to say that when i try to lodge a complaint always the phone number 1500 is mention busy. HER PHONE NUMBER IS 079-22772920. So many time i try to redressed for my grievance lastly i lodge a complaint in the ministry after a long time my grievance was redressed. now a day it is not working properly kingly help in this matter.
