We paid for a website registration and designing from this company, which is a part of Yahoo small business (which offers website packages for small companies). The executive told us that for the fees they are charging they would - book the domain, register the site, design the site and do its search engine optimization. He took the cheque and did not send a confirmation as regards designing or SEO- we called up many times. After a week of no response we asked for a refund- which was denied to us- saying that the executive was wrong - they did not design or do the SEO for that amount, but as we have been already committed they will design the site. They took 3 months for a simple static site and did not do it as per our liking. No amount of complaints or phone calls helped us- they say as they are not being paid for the same we have to be satisfied with what we get. Now we have come to know they do the same with every customer- they are giving false promises.
